Ingredients
1 pound spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti. Enjoy!
