$50 Disposal fee per whole animal

PORK:

$1.15/lb Hanging weight cut and wrap.

$2/lb for smoke and cure for bacons and hams.

$25 Disposal fee per whole hog

LAMBS/GOATS:

$100 Flat fee per animal

$5 Disposal fee per whole animal

SUMMER SAUSAGE/PEPPERONI/VALUE ADDED ITEMS:
