$.95/lb for heavy weight cut and wrap.

$50 Disposal fee per whole cow

PORK:

$1.05/lb for heavy weight cut and wrap.

$1.50/lb for smoke and cure for bacons and hams.

$25 Disposal fee per whole hog

LAMBS/GOATS:

$80 Flat fee per animal

$5 Disposal fee per whole animal

SUMMER SAUSAGE/PEPPERONI/VALUE ADDED ITEMS:

$4/lb
