Beef Burger Recipe


  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 hamburger buns


  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes.

  • Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
