PORK:

$1.15/lb Hanging weight cut and wrap.

$2/lb for smoke and cure for bacons and hams.

LAMBS/GOATS:

$100 Flat fee per animal

SUMMER SAUSAGE/PEPPERONI/VALUE ADDED ITEMS:

$5/lb 20 pound min
